Yogilates & Zumba Classes


It’s a fluid “watch and follow” style movement class structured like a dance class.  It starts off with the ritual of a warm-up that will be the same everyday. Then there will be a mat work section where we will work on core, balance, and flexibility conditioning. The class will end with some simple choreography that builds on itself rhythmically to bring back and solidify the concepts offered on the mat.

A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves and interval training for a full body and cardio workout that will be so much fun you don’t even realize you’re doing it.
